Michael Lusk, General Manager

Michael Lusk, General Manager of Dining Services at Keystone College since 2005, has been working in the food service industry for 25 years. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the Culinary College of Washington D.C. Michael enjoys working at Keystone College and says his best experience was “working with the Secret Service and feeding the President of the United States at Keystone College in October 2006.”

Michael enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and fishing, as well as cooking in his spare time.

Tom Chapka, Executive Chef

Tom Chapka has been the Executive Chef at Keystone College for 12 years. He has over 25 years of food industry experience, beginning in Manhattan. Tom Chapka is certified by the French Culinary Institute.

While living in New Jersey, Chapka was a partner in the Chez Andre establishment. After moving to Honesdale, Pennsylvania, Chapka worked for Woodloch Pines before joining the Keystone College Team.

Chapka’s favorite part about working at Keystone College is interacting with the students. Chapka’s hobbies include, fishing and outdoor sports in general. He has two sons and one daughter, Emily who attends Keystone College.

Allyson Edwards, Catering Director

Allyson Edwards has been employed by Sodexo for thirteen years, currently serving in the position of Catering Manager at Keystone College. She received a bachelor’s degree from Marywood College in Hotel Restaurant Management and began her career with Sodexo as a manager in the café at Fleet Bank in Scranton.

Presently, Allyson resides in Clarks Summit with her husband. She loves animals, has a poodle and three birds. She also loves chocolate, and likes to read and travel.
